We have a Force Club holiday home at the Ruda Parkdean Resort, Croyde. This is available for our members for use with their immediate family for discounted rates – typically 50% less than a similar property in the location at any time of the year.
It is fully kitted out with bedding and living equipment and comes with gas central heating and hot water, TV and WiFi. The lounge has an additional sofa bed available.
The home has 2 bedrooms – one en-suite and sleeps 4-6 people.
The seafront is less than 10 minutes away and with lots of things to do in the area from site seeing, attractions, cycling and walking, this location is ideally suited for the family or even adults alone just wanting to get away from it all.
It is ideally placed on the Devon coast and is a great location for a break!
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite. The other with two single beds. There is also a fold down sofa-bed in the lounge sleeping an additional 2 people. Bed linen, quilts, and pillows are included. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV's.
There is a TV/DVD in the lounge with a large corner sofa, electronic fireplace, coffee table and a selection of DVDs. You will be able to plug in your own games console should you wish to.
The holiday home has its own driveway where you can park your car.
The fully kitted out kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils. You will need to bring your own tea-towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and bin bags.
There is a good size dining table and patio doors that lead out onto the Veranda which has a table and chairs and clothes hanger for drying your swimwear and towels. Smoking is permitted on the veranda.
You are lest than 10 minutes walk away from the sea front which has surfing schools and facilities as well as places to eat. The resort itself has a swimming pool, restaraunt, traditional fish and chip shop, supermarket and more.
