How do I become a Force club member?
Download the form at the bottom of this page, complete and send to Patsy Steadman, Force Club, Headquarters. The joining form is also on Outlook – Click on File>New>Choose form – choose the form called “Force Club Membership Application Form “. Fill in information required, click the send button and the form will be re-directed to Patsy Steadman for processing
There are currently 21 active sporting sections. The Force Club provides grants to each section which helps towards the cost of Entry Fees, Travel and Accommodation when representing Avon and Somerset Police. Participation in any sporting section applies to subscribing members only
How much does it cost to become a Force club member?
£2 per month Membership for a minimum of 12 months – this amount will be deducted by County Hall from your salary or Pension. This will show on your payslip as ‘ASCC £2’
Who is entitled to become a Force club Member?
Any employee of Avon and Somerset Constabulary including Police, Support Staff, Pensioners and South West One staff.

Who is entitled to be an Honorary Member of the Force club?
There will be NO Honorary Membership – Membership of the Force Club will entitle members partner/spouse and their children up to the age of 16 years to the discounted offers advertised on the Force Club website
What happens if I leave or retire from Avon and Somerset Constabulary?
If you leave the Force your membership will automatically cease once your salary stops being paid.
If you retire, unless you request otherwise, your membership and if relevant, Lottery, will automatically continue and be deducted from your Pension
